Shipping Policy


Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within two to three working days. Please allow 4-10 working days from dispatch date for your goods to arrive depending on destination. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake at the customer’s end (e.g. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must agree to provide authentic and true information to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Purple Parijat reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Purple Parijat has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available without any prior intimation.


We follow a strict quality control process. However, if your product is damaged or if we have sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please write to us at info@purpleparijat.com within 7 working days or call us at +91-7045218923.

We ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact, along with the original packaging such as dust bags, boxes and dispatch note supplied with your delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your date of receipt of your bag, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a return. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the amount. You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a track-able courier service and retain proof of postage.

Refunds will be processed within 8 business days.

What is the criteria for a product to be called damaged? 

Bags and Leather Goods – Hardware not working (Zippers, pullers etc)

Bags and Leather Goods – Material Damage – Leather has been ripped apart on the product. Liquid Stain Marks, Holes, Tears in our Fabrics and Inner lining Materials. 

What will not be accepted as a damage product? 

Dimensions of the product. 

Issue with the colour of the materials used in the product.

Issue with the colour of the hardware used in the product.

Issue with feel of the leather or fabric used in the product.


All the handbags sold by Purple Parijat are handcrafted and there might be slight irregularities and imperfections, which add to their unique charm. 


After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
